- Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
- This applies to all products, including regular items, discounted items, and special promotions.
⚠️ Exceptions
We only allow replacements or exchanges in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived defective or damaged.
🔄 Replacement Process
If your order meets the exception criteria:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at saadidukaan1@gmail.com.
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the product is no longer in stock, we will provide store credit instead of a refund.
